By authorizing us to communicate with your insurance carrier, you grant us permission to share project-related documentation and estimates on your behalf. We do not guarantee coverage, claim approval, or reimbursement amounts. All insurance decisions are at the sole discretion of your carrier.
Payment terms, including deposit requirements, progress billing, and final payment schedules, will be outlined in your service agreement. Failure to remit payment in accordance with agreed terms may result in suspension of services, collection activity, or legal action.

Homelyft Restoration is not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party carriers, SMS providers, or delivery networks. Carrier services are provided as-is and delivery is not guaranteed.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Homelyft Restoration, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harrison County, Mississippi.
