Where we work

Our team operates out of Gulfport and covers the length of the Mississippi Gulf Coast — from Hancock County in the west through Harrison County and into Jackson County to the east. That corridor takes in the coastal communities along U.S. 90 as well as the inland cities and towns just off I-10 and I-59. The region’s combination of high humidity, hurricane-season rainfall, and older housing stock — much of it built before modern moisture-barrier standards — means water and mold calls are a year-round reality here, not just a storm-season spike.

Coverage by distance

Cities closest to our Gulfport base — Biloxi, Long Beach, Pass Christian, D’Iberville, and Ocean Springs — are our fastest-served locations. A bit farther out, we regularly work in Bay St. Louis, Waveland, Moss Point, Pascagoula, and Gautier. For properties in Hattiesburg, Picayune, or other communities north and west of the immediate coast, scheduling may require a little more lead time depending on crew availability and job load on a given day. Traffic on U.S. 49 and I-10 interchange areas can affect arrival windows during peak hours, so we’ll give you an honest estimate when you call rather than a number we can’t stand behind.
